Attending Seminars Is Now MORE Lucrative Than Ever!
Sohail Khan | September 28th, 2009 | Blogroll, Joint Venture Training, Newsletter, NewsletterSeminar attendance is down by almost 40% meaning less people attending to listen to speakers however, people attending seminars are now more interested in finding JV partners than what the speakers have to say (or sell).
This is the second time me and my team at The JV University have been invited by Ken McArthur to his close-knit seminar group called ‘JV Alert LIVE’ this time in San Diego with quality attendees and quality speakers.
Even though the speakers are here to either launch or sell their programs/products the information they provide to seminar attendees is quite valuable.
But here’s the strategy that YOU as a seminar attendee should adopt. NEVER go to a seminar without a PURPOSE!
Is it to hear a speaker you admire?
Is it to network and find JV partners?
Is it to find a new business idea?
You see what I see at events like these are some people who have no direction or purpose of the direct outcome they want from the seminar.
On top of that they do not know what questions to ask potential JV partners (see my previous post on the step-by-step process).
SO…
When you attend a seminar find the time to hear what OTHER people are looking for and HOW you can add VALUE to them. Some of these seminars are producing 6 and 7 figure deals for some people (who are following this strategy) either at the event or very soon after.
By using the same exact strategy I have managed to tie 2 deals which will be worth 7 figures to The JV University and much more to my new JV partners!
ALSO…
This is the MOST important thing!
Have a VISION and a DIRECTION that you intend to go down and ONLY work with partners that ALIGN with your vision and can help you get there!
Don’t know where to start?
The good news is, now there is a quicker and easier way to learn how to put together and profit from Joint Ventures through The JV University’s 12 week hands-on certified JV consultant’s training program where we hold your hand and even let you work on LIVE projects while you are being trained.

Attending seminars and conferences can sometimes just click your brain into the right mindset that you have been struggling to enter.
It can also give you fresh and innovative ideas that you can implement in your business.

I guess I am going to have to make the jump. I have been putting off going to a seminars and live events because I don’t like to spend the time and money to travel. However, I need to remember that I am not going to the conference to learn from the presenters…I should be going there to meet joint venture partners.

This will hopefully help to improve my security, as I had a few problems in the past.
